CURRENT EVENTS and CLASSES TIMETABLE

All classes are ongoing and take place fortnightly. The start dates are
provided only to help you work out when the next one will take place. You
can join in at any time and do not have to come to every class. Check out
the offer in the sidebar for frequent users!

All classes are suitable for all levels of expertise and are tutored by a
published designer. It is recommended that you book in advance as some
classes fill up fast. Class costs include tuition, light refreshments and
all materials.

Scrapbooking Classes £7.50

Scrapbooking Weddings: Tuesdays 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm (Starts 26th Junel)
Create a variety of stylish pages for every precious wedding moment. From
exchanging vows to the speeches & the reception, you will learn how to
present the photographs and all the important stories they hold.

Your Baby's Scrapbook: Tuesdays 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm
(Starts 3rd July)
Many people decide to start scrapbooking following the birth of their own
(or other people's) babies but creating an entire album can seem a little
daunting at first. We break down the process page by page from bump to birth
and beyond.

Scrapbooking For All: Wednesdays 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm
(Starts 27th June)
This fun evening class will introduce you to a variety of techniques and
trends. Each session we will complete a page in a different style. We prefer
to use a colour theme rather than a subject, so you could be working along
side someone scrapping children's photos, holiday snaps or their pets - all
from one layout.

Scrapbooking Techniques: Fridays 12.30 pm - 3.30 pm
(Starts 29th June)

Every session focuses on a different technique such as: using pockets,
journaling techniques, matting and layering etc. Again, the layout will be
themed by colour to allow more versatility in the photographs that you might
choose.

Scrapbooking Techniques: Saturdays 1.30 pm - 3.30 pm
(Starts 7th July)
This is the same class as for Fridays, held on Saturdays by popular request!


Card Making Classes £5.00

Creative Cards: Mondays 12.30 pm - 2.30 pm ( Starts 2nd July) &
7.30 pm -9.30 pm (Starts 25th June)
Every session we will make at least two cards (three if they are quick
ones!) for a variety of occasions. These classes concentrate on unusual
shapes and styles, such as matchbooks, tag cards, handbags, pop ups and
more.

Simply Cards: Fridays 10.30 am - 12.15 pm (Starts 29th June)
This class (as the title suggests) focuses on simple cards. We will make two
cards (and sometimes three) suitable for lots of different occasions. You
can expect to try your hand at collage, die cutting, tag art, punch art,
paper piecing and more.

Other Classes:

Making Mini Books: Mondays 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm
(Starts 16th July) COST £10.00
This class will cover a variety of mini book styles from decorating a book
blank to creating your own collapsing boxes, concertina albums, CD & altered
books and more. Each session we will concentrate on a different style of
book, make them where appropriate and decorate to a different theme, leaving
space for photographs and words to be added later. You will learn to create
inspiration books, brag books and mini albums to keep for yourself or to
make as gifts.

Kids Club: Sundays 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm (Starts 22nd July) COST: £5.00
For children aged 5 plus! Our childrens' workshops cover a variety of makes
from junk modelling and making masks to decorating boxes and notebooks. We
cover all the topical events (Halloween, Christmas etc.) as well as having
theme weeks in between and making lots of cards, bookmarks, puppets and
more.
Note: Please encourage your children to wear old clothes as we do sometimes
get a bit messy with paint or glue!
